  10. (NOTE: Using the MS/DOS Icon does not exit you from 
  11. Windows.  That is a shell from Windows. You need to 
  12. completely close down the Program Manager to totally 
  13. exit from Windows.  To test this, type the word exit.  
  14. If nothing happens, then you're at the DOS prompt.  
  15. If you return to Windows, then you were only shelled.)
