  8.                      WHAT IS SHAREWARE?

  10. Shareware is a beautiful concept that gives you a chance  to
  11. "try"  Chinese Checkers and other programs before you  "buy"
  12. them.   If you try Chinese Checkers and continue to use  it,
  13. please register. You can register this shareware version for
  14. $17.95,  or  if  you prefer, purchase  the  enhanced  retail
  15. version for only $2.00 more -- $19.95.

  125. distributed  as shareware, which means that you may try  the
  126. software  before  you pay for it.  However,  you  must  stop

  128. you decide not to pay the license fee.

  145.                DISTRIBUTING CHINESE CHECKERS

  147. Anyone  distributing  Chinese  Checkers  for  any  kind   of
  148. remuneration  must  first  contact ImagiSOFT,  Inc.  at  the
  149. address  below  for authorization.   This  authorization  is
  150. automatically  granted  to distributors  recognized  by  the
  151. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering  to
  152. its   guidelines  for  shareware  distributors,   and   such
  153. distributors    may   begin   offering   Chinese    Checkers
  154. immediately; however, ImagiSOFT, Inc. must still be  advised
  155. so  that  the distributor can be kept  up-to-date  with  the
  156. latest version of Chinese Checkers.
