  1.                Ez-Edit Version 1.01

  3.     Ez-Edit Ver 1.01 is a multiple text file editor for 
  4.     Microsoft Windows 3.0 and higher. Ez-Edit has several special
  5.     features. For starters, it can open more than one text file
  6.     within the same program. This simplifies moving data between 
  7.     documents or making comparisons. Ez-Edit can also insert one file 
  8.     into another file. There are of course the standard Windows features
  9.     of cut, copy, paste, search, replace, etc... I hope this program 
  10.     makes things easier. Please send comments and suggestions for 
  11.     future versions with your registration (see ORDER.COM).

  13.     NOTE there must be 600K on the drive you wish to use. In addition,
  14.     you must have at least 2 Meg of system RAM. Also be sure NOT 
  15.     to rename the file called EZEDIT.IMA and make sure both EZEDIT.EXE 
  16.     and EZEDIT.IMA are in the same directory.

  26.     LICENSE AGREEMENT (Shareware Release)

  28.     This software is licensed to you as an end user.  IT IS NOT SOLD.
  29.  
  30.     The "Shareware Release" of Ez-Edit is fully copyrighted and may 
  31.     not be sold.  However, as with all shareware, it may be copied 
  32.     freely for evaluation purposes.  As a Ez-Edit evaluee, you 
  33.     are granted a 14 day trial period in which to determine its 
  34.     suitability.  At the end of the trial period, if you wish to 
  35.     continue using Ez-Edit, you must register the software.  
  36.     Refer to the file called "ORDER.COM" for registration information.

  38.     There are many advantages associated with registering.  Some (and
  39.     certainly not all) of these include:

  49.     WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

  51.     I, Tyler Williams disclaim all warranties relating to this 
  52.     software, whether express or implied, including but not limited 
  53.     to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a 
  54.     particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and 
  55.     specifically disclaimed.  Neither Tyler Williams nor anyone 
  56.     else who has been involved in the creation, production, or 
  57.     delivery of this software shall be liable for any indirect, 
  58.     consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or 
  59.     inability to use such software even if Tyler Williams has been 
  60.     advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.  In no 
  61.     event shall Tyler Williams liability for any damages ever 
  62.     exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, 
  63.     regardless of the form of claim.  The person using the software 
  64.     bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software.  
  65.     Some states do not allow the exclusion of the limit of liability 
  66.     for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation 
  67.     may not apply to you.

  69.     This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maryland 
  70.     and shall inure to the benefit of Tyler Williams and any successors, 
  71.     administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought 
  72.     by either party against the other arising out of or related to this 
  73.     agreement shall be brought only in the STATE or FEDERAL COURT of 
  74.     competent jurisdiction located in Prince Georges, Maryland. The 
  75.     parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
