  6. dtNotes is a small, fast utility for easy creation of virtual 
  7. post-it notes to 'stick' on your computer's desktop. The program 
  8. features an easy-to-use system of sound and visual alarms and 
  9. can be used to remind you of meetings, important events, your 
  10. friends' and colleagues' birthdays and so on. You can also use 
  11. it as a handy organizer, to-do list or just to write down some 
  12. quick thoughts. The notes headers can display the current date 
  13. and time enabling you to use dtNotes as a replacement of the 
  14. standard Windows system clock. The program is extremely user 
  15. friendly, you won't even need to read any manual to understand 
  16. how it works. You can place the notes anywhere on your desktop, 
  17. set an individual sound and visual alarm on every note, enable 
  18. the notes transparency (only under Windows 2000 and XP), change 
  19. their size and color - all that with just a few mouse clicks. 
  20. You can set up the program to run automatically on Windows startup 
  21. and bring all notes up or hide them with just two mouse clicks. 
  22. Other program features include the ability to automatically paste 
  23. text from the clipboard to the newly created notes, a handy System 
  24. Tray menu, ability to pin up any individual note on top of all other 
  25. windows, customizable hotkeys and more. dtNotes is designed for 
  26. all versions of Windows, including Windows 95/98/ME and NT, but 
  27. some features (such as notes transparency) are available when 
  28. running on Windows 2000/XP only.
