  23. Ultimate Paint runs under Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000 in HiColor
  24. or True Color display mode.
  25. It does not place any file in the Windows or Windows/System
  26. directory. All the necessary files used are placed in its base
  27. directory.
  28. If you use an older version, uninstall it first (Control Panel -
  29. Add/Remove Programs).
  30. Unzip the archive in a temporary directory and start SETUP.EXE.
  31. It will install Ultimate Paint on your system.
