- ** HOW TO PLAY QUATRIS II++ **
-
- 1. RULES
-
- If you are a first time player, do not use any of the bombs until you
- have undertood the basic concept of how Quatris is played.
-
- When the game starts, you will see objects composed of several blocks,
- such as the ones shown below, falling from the top of the screen.
-
- @SOBJ
-
- As these objects fall down slowly from the top of the screen, you can
- rotate them by pressing the up arrow key and move them left, right, and
- down using the other arrow cursor keys.
-
- Your job is to rotate and guide these objects to the bottom of the well
- in a way so that they will all "fit" together with no blank spaces in
- between. When you completely fill up a row, that particular row will
- disappear. Repeat this process so that the objects will not stack up
- to the top--if they do, the "GAME IS OVER".
-
-
- 2. USING BOMBS
-
- You can use Regular, Super, or Match bomb by pressing "1", "2", or "3,"
- repectively. Again, if you are a first time player, using the bombs at
- this point can give you a wrong idea of how this game works.

- 3. SAVING YOUR GAME
-
- Quatris II++ is a tournament style game that can take hours to complete.
- For the player's convenience, Quatris II++ lets the player save the game
- and continue at a later time. To save the game, simply press [ESC] and
- your game will be saved using your NAME as the file name with ".SAV"
- extension in the Quatris II++ directory. This is the same file where your
- keyboard configuration is also stored.

-
-
- There are 57 challenging shapes in the commercial version of Quatris II++.
- In World-1, you will play with regular blocks and giant-size Quatris
- SuperBLOCKS (tm). In World-2 and in the Master Level, you will see even
- weirder looking shapes, and the Quatris Dynamic-Well(tm) will change in
- size WHILE you play! Good luck!
