  9. You may freely distribute Columns Max32 for Windows version 2.5 as long as

  11. (1) All files in the Columns Max32 for Windows version 2.5 distribution
  12.     are included and are unmodified.  Only the files in the original
  13.     distribution may be included, with the exception of a document
  14.     providing additional information about the distributor.  The added
  15.     document may not include information on pricing and payment which 
  16.     conflicts with the pricing information provided in REGFORM.TXT.

  18. (2) no fee is charged for distribution other than charges to cover media, 
  19.     shipping/handling, and/or communication/download costs.

  21. No part of the Columns Max distribution, excepting the ASCII text files
