  104. 1.) We try to arrange our members to pickup mail packets to
  105. the closest feed that we carry at the time of your joining. This
  106. makes it less hectic for us, and cheaper for you.

  108. 2.) Currently we don't charge any fees for being a WishNet member,
  109. and due to this, we try to make sure that all members get the same fair
  110. opportunity to dial out locally to get their feeds.

  112. 3.) Sometimes, this isn't possible, and you may find that a small
  113. portion of your monies will have to be used to cover LD expenses.
  114. Hopefully, in the future, we will have enough NODES carried, that
  115. this won't happen.

  117. 4.) WishNet HDQ produces a newsletter every two (2) months.  If you or
  118. your users would like to submit an article to be published with the next
  119. edition, it can be netmailed to my WishNet Address of 19:19/1, or the
  120. newsletter node of 19:19/19.
