  3. This is the offical Disclaimer, and lincensing agreement for VIPMAIL.
  4. Do not alter this in anyway.

  6. Users of this software product must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

  8. It is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties, expressed
  9. or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  10. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no
  11. liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from
  12. its use.

  14. For testing purposes the user may spend up to 30 days using this product
  15. without being obligated to pay.   After that period the user must
  16. discontinue usage of the product or register the product.  This
  17. product, being shareware, may be distributed via any means, as long
  18. as the product, including this and other docunment, data files, and
  19. any source code that may be included, are not altered in any way.
  20. Those who recieve it in any manner are under these terms.

  22. If you are to continue using the product beyond thirty days, you must

  28. You, an individual or entity, are permitted to use one copy of this
  29. program on any single computer, provided the software is in use on
  30. only one computer at a time.  If you have multiple licenses for the
  31. software, then you may have as many copies of the software in use as
  32. you have licenses.  "In use" refers to the software being loaded into
  33. temporary memory or stored on a hard drive or other storage device
  34. accessible to that computer.  If the software is installed on a network
  35. computer, methods preventing a greater number of copies of the software
  36. from being accessed than the number of licenses must be in use.  Back-up
  37. copies may be made to prevent data loss, but may not be distributed in
  38. such a way that the above could be infringed.

  41. then the user must immediately, return this software product for a
  42. full refund deleteing any copies he may have.

  87.      I would like this to be affordable to everyone, but I would also
  88.      like to make some money off of it, as I am currently a student,
  89.      saving money for my further education.  Below is a price scale
  90.      which I think is reasonable.  If anyone has a problem with the
  91.      money portion, I hope you will fill out the form and include
  92.      an explanation.  I will try to be accomodating.  I hope that
  93.      enough people register honestly so I will be able to continue
  94.      this system.
