  5.   Welcome to the SGA-Net echos!

  8.   Message Echos

  10.   Posting messages in a network echo can be very enjoyable, rewarding, and
  11.   enlightening. However, this bit of nirvana can easily be smudged. So, 
  12.   we ask you and your users to please follow some plain guidelines set forth
  13.   below:

  15.  
  16.   Participants in all message echos must follow FOUR simple rules**:
  17.  
  18.   (1)  No obscene language (or pictures).  
  19.        What is and what is not "obscene" is for the echo's moderator to 
  20.        interpret.
  21.  
  22.   (2)  Use real names ONLY in "To:" and "From:" fields. Signatures may
  23.        be handles. Also, please remember to use your SGA-Net node number
  24.        at all times. English messages in the echos are strongly suggested.
  25.  
  26.   (3)  Insults, flames, or other acts of agression will not be tolerated 
  27.        in the echos. If you have something personal to tell "Joe Shmoe",
  28.        do so in netmail.
  29.        
  30.   (4)  Try to stay on topic. There's a reason for the existance of more 
  31.        than one echo... ;)

  33.   ** Rules and fun guidelines are subject to changes at any time.

  36.   Of course, there's a hidden 5th rule: Have fun. Well, enough of the
  37.   nagging. If you can at least TRY to abide by the above, enjoy!!

  96.   official permission from the author(s), unless otherwise noted. If the
  97.   a "Non-support" note is shown, then the files in that echo are considered
  98.   to be distributed in a general fashion and is a voluntary service to the 
  99.   author(s).
