  10.         1. Whats an RC?
  11.  
  12.         A regional coordinator is someone that supervises all the connections
  13.         in the region.  To settle any disputes between nodes, if there is a
  14.         dispute between an AC and a node then it is to go to the RC for
  15.         further consultation.

  19.         I know noone likes to be the bad guy, but it has to happen.
  20.         The role of the RC is to keep things running smoothly in the
  21.         region, Also to inform the ZA of any node list updates that need
  22.         to take place.  If a problem arrises that the RC can't solve, you
  23.         need to contact your ZA for proper handling.  The ZA and the NC will
  24.         make the final decision about suspending or removing nodes.

  26.         3. Region Voting.

  28.         The NC or the ZA will send you a ballot for your region. The
  29.         ballot should then be extracted to text so that you can keep your
  30.         regions voting tallys.  Voting questions should only be sent out by
  31.         the NC, ZA, or the RC's.

  33.         4. Informing the proper people of updates..
  34.  
  35.         You the RC, MUST have your node list changes to the ZA by Wednesday
  36.         of each week.  If you get an application on Thursday, you must hold it
  37.         again till the next monday when you can send it up again.  This will
  38.         assure proper node list updates. As far as assigning node numbers, the
  39.         ZA will do all the node number assigning.
