  3.     1. The role of the AC is to keep connections going in that
  4.     Area Code, and to promote SEXnet as much as possible.
  5.  
  6.     2. Requirements for being an AC..
  7.  
  8.     Your system must have been up for at least 6 months, 24 hours
  9.     a day.  It must be up 7 days a week as well as be able to have
  10.     some sort of guest account where people can logon and get the
  11.     SEXnet node listings.  As the AC you are to make sure that
  12.     each system that you are giving an application to has REGISTERED
  13.     VBBS.  This is MANDATORY for entrance into SEXnet.

  15.     3. As the AC all mail for the area code is to route through you
  16.     before passing it on to your server.  This means that if you are
  17.     AC for the 510 area code your node number would be @5100,  all the
  18.     nodes under you such as @5101, @5102, etc MUST route their mail
  19.     through you,  If node @5102 is LD to call you, it can connect to
  20.     @5101 with your and @5101's permission.

  24.     4. If a problem arrises where the AC and a node have a disagreement
  25.        then the best thing to do is to bring it to your RC's attention
  26.        and if all else fails, inform the NC..
