  3. General Notes About 1.3 Release
  4. -------------------------------

  6. This is release 1 of the new 1.3 version of FSUUCP, released first on
  7. the 15th of August, at the ONE BBSCON in Denver, CO. It is essentially
  8. the fifth beta pass of 1.3, which has passed all tests. Release 2 will
  9. be following shortly, however, as between the freezing of features for
  10. release 1 and the present, there have been a large number of suggestions.
  11. If bugs are found in this first release, they will be resolved in
  12. release 2. In either case, if you have found bugs, or have feature
  13. requests, please don't hesitate to let me know, so I can address them
  14. in release 2.

  45. Improved error control during transfers (the ongoing battle)
  46. Improved intelligence in login chat scripts (systems file)
  47. Formatted printed documentation and considerably increased examples
