  3.         PCRelay Node Software Interim Release 4.11

  6.         The only program changed in the interim release is EXPORT.  The
  7.         following changes have been made:

  10.           (1)  Export now will not export a message if it already has a
  11.                PCRelay tag line on it.  This should help eliminate duplicates
  12.                caused by individual boards pointers being messed up, as it will
  13.                prevent imported messages from being exported again.
  14.  
  15.           (2)  Export was not deleting the ID.RLY file in your communications
  16.                path before it created a new one using ARC or ZIP.  Under some
  17.                circumstances after a communications failure, this was causing
  18.                EXPORT to simply update the compressed file with the files from
  19.                conferences that had mail, leaving all of the mail that had
  20.                already been uploaded in the ID.RLY file.  This change is also
  21.                to help prevent duplicates.

  23.         Version 4.11 will be distributed in two forms: EXP-411.ZIP, which
  24.         is just the EXPORT.EXE program and this file, and NODE411.ZIP, which
  25.         is the complete version 4.10 node software, with the 4.11 EXPORT.

  27.         The reason this release is only an interim one is that there is a
  28.         new system under development which will supersede PCRelay.  It has
  29.         been rewritten from the ground up, and we hope to have it ready for
  30.         general distribution by mid-summer 1992.
