- - Any system may be admitted providing:

- a) Message "FROM" & "TO" Fields are to be REAL NAMES ONLY.
- b) They do not operate as a PIRATE board.
- c) They are a PUBLIC system (Available to all by fee or free).
- d) There are no major objections from current members.

- - For any system who wishes to be a Regional Hub Site:
- (in addition to above)

- a) You must operate 24 hours per day.
- b) You must have at least one high speed modem.
- c) You must echo mail at least once per day.
- d) You are required to carry ALL Centipede Conferences.
- e) Your "region" must not conflict with an existing Regional Hub Site.
- f) Incoming mail may not be altered in any shape or form.

- Centipede: HOW TO APPLY

- Located within this archive (CENTyymm), is a file: APPLY.CEN, which
- must be filled out and then either uploaded as a message through
- the Centipede's CentHelp Conference or uploaded in the Main Board
- Conference on Revision Systems to the CentHost (Paul Lauda). All
- information must be correct and honest at the date of application.
- Once the application is received, the applicant shall receive notice
- within 24 - 48 hours of the applicant's status.
