  12.       - Any system may be admitted providing:

  14.         a) Message "FROM" & "TO" Fields are to be REAL NAMES ONLY.
  15.         b) They do not operate as a PIRATE board.
  16.         c) They are a PUBLIC system (Available to all by fee or free).
  17.         d) There are no major objections from current members.
  18.  
  19.       - For any system who wishes to be a Regional Hub Site:
  20.                          (in addition to above)
  21.  
  22.         a) You must operate 24 hours per day.
  23.         b) You must have at least one high speed modem.
  24.         c) You must echo mail at least once per day.
  25.         d) You are required to carry ALL Centipede Conferences.
  26.         e) Your "region" must not conflict with an existing Regional Hub Site.
  27.         f) Incoming mail may not be altered in any shape or form.

  29.       Centipede: HOW TO APPLY
  30.  
  31.       Located within this archive (CENTyymm), is a file: APPLY.CEN, which
  32.       must be filled out and then either uploaded as a message through
  33.       the Centipede's CentHelp Conference or uploaded in the Main Board
  34.       Conference on Revision Systems to the CentHost (Paul Lauda).  All
  35.       information must be correct and honest at the date of application.
  36.       Once the application is received, the applicant shall receive notice
  37.       within 24 - 48 hours of the applicant's status.
