  26.        @X0E1.@X07  Censorship of the mail at the -HUB- level is not permitted.
  27.            This includes messages to the SysOp from users, and between
  28.            SysOps and Net Administrators.
  29.  
  30.        @X0E2. @X07 Hubs are not permitted to alter City2City messages in any
  31.            form, this includes: flag-flipping, editing, name changing,
  32.            echo flag flipping, to-from editing, and date/time
  33.            STOMPING.
  34.  
  35.        @X07@X0E3.@X07  All members MUST permit R/O mail in all C2C conferences
  36.            that are carried.
  37.  
  38.        @X0E4.  @X07Nodes are free to: Kill or "change" mail on their own
  39.            systems. Although, it is strongly discouraged and may
  40.            reflect upon your admittance into C2C.
  41.  
  42.        @X0E5.@X07  Any user or member of City2City must use their real name.
  43.            Absolutely no aliases or handles are permitted. SysOps MUST
  44.            insure each user (who is on their system) is who they are,
  45.            and is verifiable and  accountable.

  47.        @X0E6.@X07  Any member who breaches the confidentiality of the
  48.            City2City NetXec Conference faces immediate expulsion from
  49.            the network.

  51.        @X0E7.@X07  No conference or message can be "shared" or copied to other
  52.            network or conference outside of City2City without the
  53.            WRITTEN approval of the network host (Scott Fletcher).

  55.        @X0E8.  @X07All systems must carry the NetXec, and NetUser conferences.

  57.        @X0E9.  @X07Any member who has NOT performed mail transfers in over 30
  58.            days, loses his or her Netmail status and their C2C
  59.            membership is revoked. The site may NOT reapply to
  60.            City2City for a period of 6 months.
  61.  
  62.       @X0E10. @X07 All systems must provide the City2City InfoPack as a free
  63.            download or as a bulletin which is accessible to all.

  65.       @X0E11. @X07 Any City2City application MUST be forwarded to the host
  66.            (Scott Fletcher at FUTURETRON) and the HUB system, via the:
  67.            City2City NetXec Conference.
  68.  
  69.       @X0E12.  @X07Conferences are changed (if needed) on City2City once every
  70.            6 months  at a designated time and date. This way,
  71.            conferences allocations are  not changed randomly (which
  72.            disrupts the net). Changes are voted upon in a democratic
  73.            forum.

  75.       @X0E13. @X07 All City2City members must be voice and modem accessible.

  77.       @X0E14.  @X07All City2City sites must echo mail on a regular basis. Hubs
  78.            must echo at least once per day.

  80.       @X0E15. @X07 Any member failing to abide by City2City policies MAY be
  81.            expelled from the network at the discretion of the
  82.            administrator and City2City Members.
  83.  
  84.       @X0E16.  @X07Personal attacks or heavy flaming is discouraged but not
  85.            censored. With the exception of the FreeSpeech conference,
  86.            where absolutely everything is permitted (except criminal
  87.            activity).

  89.       @X0E17. @X07 In the case of: "highly abusive" users; the originating
  90.            node would be consulted in a sysop forum and asked to
  91.            discipline the user, or remove him/her from the net.
  92.  
  93.       @X0E18.@X07  Each City2City site must have a appropriate tagline. This
  94.            would consist of: Network Name, Node I.D., Your System
  95.            Name, City, Primary BBS Phone Number. These items are
  96.            mandatory. Optional Items are: State, and any other
  97.            information you would like to include. Note the wording C2C
  98.            or City2City is acceptable.
