  29.       City2City is a sensible and no nonsense NetMail service designed
  30.       with the PROFESSIONAL SysOp in mind. City2City is an alternative
  31.       to the large and bureaucratic mail services but yet provides
  32.       more scope than many of the micronets. Currently we offer 80
  33.       conferences covering most major topics. Many hosted by leading
  34.       industry experts.

  36.       City2City is new, fresh, and dynamic. We are receptive to YOUR
  37.       needs. We are here to serve you! Rather than you be a slave to
  38.       us. We are flexible and responsive; and willing to change and
  39.       adjust to your own unique situation. We are looking for a FEW
  40.       good systems. Systems that are interested in quality not
  41.       quantity. If you are looking for a reliable and consistent
  42.       netmail service that REALLY cares, phone us NOW!

  47.       * There is absolutely no censorship of the mail at the -HUB-
  48.         level. This includes messages to the SysOp from users, and
  49.         between SysOps and Net Administrators. City2City will never
  50.         DELETE or "change" a message until ALL participants in the
  51.         forum or thread have had a chance to review it. City2City
  52.         operates 100% above table (and not behind closed doors).

  54.       * Changes to the network, including conference additions and
  55.         deletions, and changes in policy, are voted upon. Each
  56.         City2City member gets one vote on each issue. A major vote of
  57.         60% is required for a motion to be carried.

  59.       * Conference changes occur once every 6 months ONLY! This vastly
  60.         reduces the confusion and calamity of changing conferences at
  61.         will (as witnessed on other networks).

  63.       * Every City2City member is verifiable and truly feeding mail.
  64.         City2City is the ONLY network that: voice validates, modem
  65.         validates, and confirms new sites are feeding. PLUS we
  66.         periodically check older and approved sites to insure they are
  67.         still online. If the site is on our node list, you can be
  68.         assured it is REAL!
