  5.         Thank you very much for taking the time to evaluate ALLFIX. I am
  6.         sure that this release will not dissapoint you!

  8.         To install ALLFIX 4.20 type:
  9.  
  10.         PKUNZIP -sFINALLY ALLFIX.420
  11.  
  12.         The password is case sensative.
  13.  
  14.         If you are updating from version 4.10 or 4.15/16 then please
  15.         follow the following instructions carefully!
  16.  
  17.         1. The new release uses a different file to store new file
  18.            announcement information. Therefore, run ALLFIX Announce
  19.            to generate the new file reports that are still stored in
  20.            the current files.
  21.  
  22.         2. Run the update utility (UPDATE.EXE) to convert your old
  23.            configuration files to the new format.
  24.  
  25.         3. Run ASETUP Index to rebuild the index files.
  26.  
  27.         4. Read the UPDATE.LOG file which contains a detailed listing
  28.            of everything that has happend to ALLFIX since the last
  29.            release.
  30.  
  31.         I suggest that everyone take the time to read the documentation.
  32.         A lot of changes have been made in this release version and a
  33.         lot of frustration can be eliminated if documentation is read
  34.         thoroughly before begining with the installation of such a large
  35.         package as this.

  37.         This version of ALLFIX is an evaluation release. That means that
  38.         certain features have been disabled. There is also a registered
  39.         version of 4.20 available.
  40.  
  41.         If you have not allready registered ALLFIX, then please consider
  42.         registering this fine product. All registered users will have
  43.         the chance to join the official ALLFIX Beta team, plus, they will
  44.         have access to special gamma versions which are released on a
  45.         regular basis. If you are interested in registering, please
  46.         consult the ALLFIX.REG registration documentation.
