  21. 1) You are free to use this code within applications which you develop only
  22. as part of the executable code. You may not include any of this code as part
  23. of a library which you distribute, regardless of the manner in which you
  24. distribute the library.  A library is here defined as either source code
  25. files or compiled units which can be used with Borland's compilers and
  26. Borland's Turbo Vision.

  28. 2) OOGrid Library(TM) may be copied and distributed freely (including
  29. uploading it to bulletin boards), providing the package is not modified in
  30. any way.  You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting
  31. donations, for any such copies, however made, and from distributing the
  32. software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise)
  33. without prior written permission from the author, with one exception:  disk
  34. vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted
  35. to redistribute OOGrid Library(TM), subject to the conditions in this
