  1. Welcome to WINFTP32.DLL for Windows 95 and NT.
  2.  
  3. In order to use WINFTP32.DLL, you will need to 
  4. run setup to properly install the software first.  The DLL will not 
  5. function properly unless you perform the following installation process 
  6. correctly.  Begin the installation from Windows. 
  7.  
  8. Note: Please take a moment to locate your serial number and 
  9. registration key on the installation diskette.  If you are installing for 
  10. evaluation only, then you do not need the serial number and 
  11. registration key, just click OK when you are asked for serial number 
  12. and registration key.

  14. Installing WINFTP32.DLL. 
  15.  
  16. To begin the install process from a distribution diskette:
  17. 1. Insert the Winftp32 disk in your floppy drive :
  18. 2. If you are using Windows 95, select Start from the Taskbar, then
  19.     Select Run from the Start menu.
  20.     or
  21.     If you are using Windows NT, select Run from the Program
  22.     Manager File menu.
  23. 3. Type X:\SETUP32, substituting your floppy drive's letter for X
  24.     (for example, if your floppy driver letter is A, you'd type 
  25.     A:\SETUP32).
  26. 4. Click OK.
  27. 5. Follow the instructions on the screens.
  28. 6. After you have finished installing,  add the WINFTP32.DLL in your 
  29.     search PATH or copy it to your Windows directory.

  31. To begin the install process from a WINFTP32.ZIP file:
  32. 1. First create a temporary directory and copy WINFTP32.ZIP into the 
  33.     temporary directory.
  34. 2. Unzip the file with PKUNZIP WINFTP32.ZIP.
  35. 3. If you are using Windows 95, select Start from the Taskbar, then
  36.     Select Run from the Start menu.
  37.     or
  38.     If you are using Windows NT, select Run from the Program
  39.     Manager File menu.
  40. 4. Type <PATH>\SETUP32 in the Command Line text box, substituting
  41.     the temporary directory for <PATH> (for example, if your temporary
  42.     directory is C:\TEMP, you'd type C:\TEMP\SETUP32).
  43. 5. Click OK.
  44. 6. Follow the instructions on the screens.
  45. 7. After you have finished installing,  add the WINFTP32.DLL in your 
  46.     search PATH or copy it to your Windows directory.
