  3. OfficeView 2.3 is an upgrade from version 2.2

  6.  - Option to enable or prevent new message popup.

  11. OfficeView 2.2 is an upgrade from version 2.0

  14.  - Option to prevent users from changing another user's status.
  15.  - Evaluation versions can be registered and upgraded using a 
  16.    special coding system.
  17.  - More flexible installation. OfficeView is no longer 
  18.    restricted to run from the shared common directory.
  19.  - Can update the database without having to shut down the 
  20.    workstations. Adding and removing names and groups is 
  21.    detected by running programs and the menus are adjusted 
  22.    without needing to be restarted.
  23.  - Employee Information screen also displays cell phone, fax 
  24.    number, pager number, miscellaneous field, message flag 
  25.    showing employee has not read messages.

  46.    mail was read, etc.).
  47.  - The message screens have been modified:  reply button added; 
  48.    message screens are wider.
  49.  - numbers of total and new messages received appear on the read message screen.  
  50.  - Automatically indicates IN when person starts the program.
