  7. This text file outlines the contents of the \MCAST\NIDS\ directory.

  9. \MCAST\NDIS\ includes a DOS driver shim file to allow an NDIS 2.01 
  10. Network Interface Card driver to be used in place of a packet driver.

  12. This is particularly useful when a packet driver interface is required
  13. by a DOS application and a packet driver is not available for the 
  14. network interface card in use.
