  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software. Your use of this software indicates
  11. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  13. Registered Version

  15. One registered copy of ChessPartner may either be used by a single
  16. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  17. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  18. multiple people, but not both.
  19.  
  20. You may access the registered version of ChessPartner through a network,
  21. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  22. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  23. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  24. will access ChessPartner on the network, each workstation must have its
  25. own ChessPartner license, regardless of whether they use ChessPartner at
  26. different times or concurrently.

  49. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  50. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  51. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  52. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of 29 USD is
  53. required.  Credit card ordering is available, as described in the
  54. REGISTER.TXT document.

  56. Unregistered use of ChessPartner after the 30-day evaluation 
  57. period is in violation of international copyright laws.

  59. Distribution

  61. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the original 
  62. evaluation version (consisting of the single CHESSPARTNER.EXE
  63. self installing file) you are
  64. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of
  65. this software as you wish; give exact copies of
  66. the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the
  67. evaluation version of the software in its unmodified form via
  68. electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.
