  20.     1.  COPYRIGHT:  These programs and the related documentation
  21.     are copyrighted.  You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer
  22.     the programs or documentation or any copy except as expressly
  23.     provided in this agreement

  25.     2.  BACKUP-UP: You may make any number of physical backups
  26.     of the program and documentation fo archival purposes only.

  28.     3.  TERMS:  This license is effective until terminated.  You may
  29.     terminate it by destroying the program and documentation and all
  30.     copies thereof.  This license will also terminate if you fail to
  31.     comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.  You agree
  32.     upon such termination to destroy all cpoies of the program and
  33.     documentation.  (all this in the public release)

  35.     4.  PROGRAM DISCLAIMER: THE PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
  36.     WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,

  60.     damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to
  61.     you. This warrantly gives you specific legal rights, and you may

  64.     6.  MISCELLANEOUS:  This agreement represents the entire understanding
  65.     regarding the programs and related documentation, and supersedes
  66.     any prior purchase order, communications or representations. If any
  67.     provision of the agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for
  68.     any reason, unenforceable it shall be deemed everable from, and
  69.     shall in no way effect the validity and enforceability of the
  70.     remaining provisions of the agreement.
