  7. Just a short reply to Iggy's announcement.
  8.  
  9. Iggy, first of all, thanks for everything m8. You have done a hell
  10. of a lot more for the Amiga scene than most of us will ever be able to
  11. appreciate I'm sure. And you have proven yourself a good and valued
  12. friend time and again, and we shall all miss your presence on the scene,
  13. or on what's left of the scene now.
  14.  
  15. You are absolutely right in everything you said m8, I agree one hundred
  16. percent. It speaks for your integrity and dignity, and I - and I'm
  17. sure everybody else - respect you for it all the more. It would indeed
  18. be too sad for us to turn into some sorta equivalent of Atari die-hards,
  19. and I hope we can all agree that we should leave our beloved Amiga the
  20. dignity and respect it too deserves and let it rest in peace. Sure, I
  21. shall try to stay around a bit longer and spread warez as long as
  22. possible to allow peeps to taste what's still around and help them keep
  23. their machines going a little longer, and I myself shall certainly keep
  24. at least one of my Miggies for as long as I can, but it doesn't alter
  25. the fact that we have to accept and come to terms with it now being a
  26. dead, or at least near-dead, platform.

  28. And you're equally right - along with Zoltrix - in saying that the fun
  29. has gone out of the scene. It's sad but the truth. And equally, I
  30. also appreciate that it is time for you to move on and that you have to
  31. consider your job and future first now. I think it's the only sensible
  32. thing any intelligent guy could do.

  34. So, let me thank you once again for everything and everything you have
  35. also done for me as a friend, and wish you all the very best m8 - you
  36. sure deserve it. I'm sure we shall continue to meet up from time to
  37. time. :)

  39. Finally, I hope Hellfire, and Electric Warrior, will continue for as
  40. long as possible, for as long as it makes sense at all anyway.
