  9. I have later news that contradicts what I have written above. It seems
  10. that a letter of intent has been signed and the actual sale will take
  11. place this coming Monday!

  13. The people at Amiga Technologies (other than 15 people) have been
  14. given notice that their services will no longer be needed!

  16. There will be ONLY two actual Amiga people left at ATG by the end of
  17. May at the latest, and they will be working for Escom ... NOT VisCorp!

  19. VisCorp also does NOT want any of the 1200 inventory that is in the
  20. pipeline or on the floor waiting for distribution!
