  28. Q. I Have a EURO PSX and my JAP/USA Import games display in Black & White?

  30. A. The JAP/USA Titles are 'NTSC Coded' (The EURO Titles are 'PAL Coded')
  31.    JAP/USA Titles will put the PSX into NTSC-60hz Mode and you need to be
  32.    able to display that correctly on your Television/Monitor.
  33.    Using a normal RF-Cable is no good, To get full color you will need
  34.    an RGB-Scart cable and a Television/Monitor that will handle NTSC-60hz.

  37. ^^^^^^ this is not right !!! If you have a Monitor or TV which can 
  38.        handle NTSC-60hz, you dont need an RGB cable, because you 
  39.        can connect via VIdeo or RF-Cable !!!

  41. but    if you connect via RGB-SCART than is the PIC-info RGB and not
  42.        NTSC ! thats why you can connect your NTSC machine or NTSC games
  43.        with your monitor or TV !!!
