The Vistapro software included with this book is the complete version of Vistapro version 1.0. When you install the Vistapro software from the CD-ROM, an on-line user's manual will also be installed. It will be located in the \VISTAPRO\MANUAL directory of your hard drive.
The DOS manual is a series of text files, arranged by chapters and appendices. To view the manual, change to the \VISTAPRO directory, type MANUAL and press Enter. You will see a menu of choices, which represents a table of contents for the manual. When you select a choice, the text for that chapter will be displayed.
The Tutorial lesson in the manual steps you through the creation of Vistapro landscapes, explaining about most of the controls and features of the program.
The latest version of Vistapro now comes in both DOS and Windows versions. You can also purchase a CD-ROM version that includes other valuable programs and hundreds of data files.
