  79.      Create a directory for E3270 and copy all files in,
  80.      create an entry in windows program group,
  81.      and Exit from windows.
  82.  
  83.      Put in your autoexec.bat :
  84.         Commchk /l     (this a DCA program from E78 or E78PLUS)
  85.      Restart your PC.
  86.      Now you can run E3270.

  116. SOFTWARE LICENSE
  117.  
  118.           E3270 is not and has never been public domain software, nor is
  119.           it free software.
  120.  
  121.           Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use E3270
  122.           on a 21-day trial basis for the purpose of determining whether
  123.           E3270 is suitable for their needs.  The use of E3270, except
  124.           for the initial 21-day trial, requires registration.  The use of
  125.           unlicensed copies of E3270 by any person, business,
  126.           corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly
  127.           prohibited.

  129.           A single user license permits a user to use E3270 only on a
  130.           single computer.  Licensed users may use the program on
  131.           different computers, but may not use the program on more than
  132.           one computer at the same time.

  134.           No one may modify or patch the E3270 executable files in any
  135.           way, including but not limited to decompiling, disassembling,
  136.           or otherwise reverse engineering the program.
  137.  
  138.           A limited license is granted to copy and distribute E3270
  139.           only for the trial use of others, subject to the above
  140.           limitations, and also the following:
  141.  
  142.           1) E3270 must be copied in unmodified form, complete with
  143.              the file containing this license information.
  144.           2) The full machine-readable E3270 documentation must be
  145.              included with each copy.
  146.           3) E3270 may not be distributed in conjunction with any
  147.              other product without a specific license to do so from
  148.              Denis Ducret.
  149.           4) No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or
  150.              accepted, except as authorized below:
  151.              A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops)
  152.                 may make E3270 available for downloading only as long
  153.                 as the above conditions are met.  An overall or time-
  154.                 dependent charge for the use of the bulletin board system
  155.                 is permitted as long as there is not a specific charge
  156.                 for the download of E3270.
  157.              B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software approved
  158.                 by the ASP may distribute E3270, subject to the above
  159.                 conditions, without specific permission.  Non-approved
  160.                 vendors may distribute E3270 only after obtaining
  161.                 written permission from Denis Ducret. Such
  162.                 permission is usually granted. Please write for details
  163.                 (enclose your catalog).  Vendors may charge a disk
  164.                 duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated to
  165.                 the E3270 product, may not exceed eight dollars.

  171. LIMITED WARRANTY

  173.           Denis Ducret guarantees your satisfaction with this product
  174.           for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase.  If
  175.           you are unsatisfied with E3270 within that time period, return
  176.           the package in saleable condition to the place of purchase for a
  177.           full refund.

  179.           Denis Ducret warrants that all disks provided are free from
  180.           defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, for a
  181.           period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

  183.           Denis Ducret warrants that the program will perform in
  184.           substantial compliance with the documentation supplied with the
  185.           software product.  If a significant defect in the product is
  186.           found, the Purchaser may return the product for a refund.  In
  187.           no event will such a refund exceed the purchase price of the
  188.           product.

  190.           EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, DENIS DUCRET DISCLAIMS ALL
  191.           WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
  192.           LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
  193.           FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.  SHOULD
  194.           THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF
  195.           PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR
  196.           CORRECTION AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO
  197.           EVENT WILL DENIS DUCRET BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES

  205.           acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its contents.
