  1.   SECURE virus protection system. SECURE is a small (4k), fast,
  2. and intelligent TSR that monitors DOS.  SECURE is the most powerful 
  3. virus and Trojan protection system available.

  5.   NOTE:  Use a reliable scanner on your system before installing 
  6. SECURE.  SECURE is designed to prevent viruses from corrupting an
  7. already virus free system.  Once installed on a virus free system,
  8. SECURE will stop a virus dead in its tracks.

  10.   NOTE:  Windows users must add 'UniqueDOSPSP=True' to SYSTEM.INI.

  16.   SECURE v2.35 improves the functionality of the 'inherit' privilige.
  17. The inherit privilige is now limited to 8 levels deep.  The error
  18. codes have been changed.  There is a symbolic association between
  19. some error codes and privilige masks.  See the documentation.
  20. SECURE can not be loaded into high ram.  This is due to a conflict
  21. between SECURE and upper memory managers.

  23.   SECURE v2.34 fixes a major lockup error within the new 'inherit'
  24. privilige code.

  26.   SECURE v2.33 fixes a minor formatted filename display problem and
  27. adds a new feature.  The 'inherit' privilige (01000000) gives all
  28. subsequently executed programs the same priviliges as its parent.
  29. In particular, Borland C++ using the DPMI interface requires this
  30. privilige to operate normally.  Also fixed a DPMI/TSR conflict.

  32.   SECURE v2.32 fixes a (rare) duplicate hash code bug.

  34.   Otherwise, SECURE seems to be working quite well with DOS versions
  35. 3 through 5.  I haven't tested SECURE with 4DOS lately.  I don't
  36. know of any reason it would not work provided that the primary command
  37. processor is named COMMAND.COM.  DESQview is not supported.
