  4. - A new text formatter was used to prepare various document files
  5.   starting with version 1.13, and as a consequence, the file
  6.   LICENSE.DOC was mangled with the $29.95 price appearing as ".95"
  7.   due to the fact that the formatter uses the "$" character as a
  8.   special control character, thus ignoring the "29" that followed it.

  10.   Clearly, LASTBYTE access keys are NOT available for $.95!  Thus,
  11.   version 1.13 of LASTBYTE has been discontinued and access keys for
  12.   it are no longer available from Key Software Products.

  14.   This documentation error has been corrected in this release of
  15.   version 1.14.  The price of an access key for version 1.14 is still
  16.   $29.95 as before.

  18. - Improved the code in HIGHDRVR.SYS that detects whether or not the
  19.   driver that is loaded high was installed without error.
  20.  
  21. - Modified the code that reads from the keyboard (standard in) in
  22.   LICENSE.EXE.
