  12. A user of The Last Byte Memory Manager discovered a bug in
  13. HIGHBFRS.EXE that causes it to fail with the error message
  14. "Non-Numeric Argument" when you use the "BUFFERS=n" option
  15. on its command line.

  17. I've corrected the problem and the file HIGHBFRS.ZIP has been uploaded
  18. to SIMTEL20.  Users who download TLB-V120.ZIP should extract the new
  19. EXE file from HIGHBFRS.ZIP and use it to "freshen" (pkzip -f) the
  20. contents of TLB-V120.ZIP.  I changed the version on HIGHBFRS from
  21. 1.20a to 1.20b to reflect this change.
