  2.                          REGISTRATION/UPGRADE INFORMATION

  5.     PAYMENT TERMS

  7.     1. All foreign registration orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars drawn
  8.        on a U.S. bank or financial institution.  Otherwise please enclose an
  9.        additional $10.00 to defray actual charges for the bank processing of
  10.        foreign currency or checks/money orders from a foreign bank, or both.
  11.        Orders not complying with this request will not be accepted.

  13.     2. Purchase orders are accepted from U.S. corporations and federal/local
  14.        goverment agencies. The orders, for which there is a $5.00 surcharge,
  15.        must be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice (NET 30).

  17.     3. Other U.S. registration orders must be prepaid (with a check or money
  18.        order).  Please do not send cash.

  21.     DELIVERY TERMS
  22.  
  23.     1. Orders are shipped first-class (domestic) or air mail (foreign) via US
  24.        mail.  Federal Express deliveries are also available at an extra cost.
  25.  
  26.     2. Shipping may take a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks.
  27.  
  28.     3. If the CPU/hardware program configuration is not specified (see below)
  29.        the most general configuration available (i.e. 086+ version with byte-
  30.        out commands) shall be shipped.

  33.     CONFIGURATION
  34.  
  35.     Indicate whether 'WORD' or 'BYTE' out-commands to the hardware can be used
  36.     by the program; word (double-byte) commands are faster but may not work in
  37.     some clone systems.  See VIZ.DOC on how to use 'VIZ /?H' to select between
  38.     such hardware commands.
  39.  
  40.     Indicate whether a 086, 286, 386 or 486 version is needed. The 086 version
  41.     works with any 80x86 CPU, the 286 version works with 80286 or higher CPUs,
  42.     the 386 version works with 80386 or higher CPUs, and the 486 version works
  43.     with 80486 CPUs.
