  12. By the way one of the reasons I was looking into sed and
  13. adding the +n operation was to get sum information from
  14. uuendcoded files.

  16. I am enclosing a UNIX/BORLAND compatible uudecoder that
  17. I have been using.  It handles most of the problems you mentioned
  18. and does checksum and size checks where possible and reports the
  19. sum values.

  21. If I ever get to see ship, I would be interested on how you
  22. handle checksums and/or verification of the data.  I found the
  23. uu scheme to be fairly good.
