  1.   FT will show how much space is used by each file type.  On my 40MB disk, 
  2. a full 9964k is .EXE files!

  4.   There are no options.

  6.   FT should work fine with filesystems that support long filenames; the 
  7. maximum length of the file type is 10 characters.

  9.   FT is written in Modula-2.  I used JPI's compiler, version 3.01.
