  2. collection of PD and shareware PC programs available by anonymous
  3. ftp. The file /pc/ts/0news-ts contains news about the TS-programs in
  4. the /pc/ts directory (in reverse order). This text, which you now
  5. have, is an edited extract from the 0news-ts file.

  12. Mon 9-Jul-90: Released update /pc/ts/tsfcom23.arc of the file
  13. manipulation package. This package is a collection of older programs
  14. which originate from my earlier VAX/VMS and Sinclair QL programs. I
  15. have made the user interface optionally more PC like, and included
  16. input line-editing and recall in most of these programs. The
  17. documentation also includes some personal reflections.

  19. Sat 30-Sep-89: Released update tsfcom22.arc of the file manipulation
  20. package.  This package is a collection of older programs which
  21. originate from my earlier VAX/VMS and Sinclair QL programs.

  23. Mon 15-May-89: The new version tsfcom21.arc of the file handling
  24. package is now available.

  26. Sun 14-May-89: Coming soon a new version tsfcom21.arc of the file
  27. handling package.  Most importantly the speed of crypter.exe has
  28. been increased radically (while maintaining compatibility with
  29. earlier versions).  Furthermore, all the programs can now handle
  30. read-only files correctly.  Stand by for the update.
