  9.     The following files comprise the latest distribution of QUOTE, a
  10. random quote generator for MS-DOS. As distributed, QUOTE selects quotes
  11. randomly from the file QUOTE.DAT, which it expects to find in the current
  12. directory. If you'd rather store the quote database elsewhere on your hard
  13. disk, you should reconfigure the program (see QUOTE.DOC for a discussion
  14. of this).

  16.     All packages produced by TifaWARE are distributed as ZIP files.
  17. PKUNZIP should display an "-AV" after the name of each file extracted as
  18. well as the message "Authentic files Verified!   # XST705   TifaWARE" at
  19. the end. If you do not see both these strings, the validity of your copy
  20. is suspect.

  22.     The source code for this package is public domain. I do, however,
  23. retain the copyright on the compiled program to abide by the license
  24. agreement for TURBO C++; you may freely redistribute it and use it.
