  3. Dear Fellow ICON Enthusiasts:

  5. I have just placed a pre-release version of my machine translation 
  6. program in the \contrib subdirectory at cs.arizona.edu.  It can be 
  7. unzipped using the command: pkunzip -d -o -JHSR TRAN1 .  It is my 
  8. hope that a few of you will down load a copy of the program, and 
  9. give me your comments on it.  Of particular interest are questions 
  10. like: 
  11.  
  12.   1) Can anything be done more efficiently?
  13.   2) Can anything be done in a more Iconish manner?
  14.   3) Have any standards of good programming practice been violated?
  15.   4) Do you see any obvious flaws or opportunities for improvement?
