  5.              To print the Manual, (1) place the distribution disk
  6.      in Drive A, and then (2) simply enter MANUAL in response to
  7.      the DOS prompt.  Then just follow the on-screen directions.

  9.              Instructions for loading INDEXX, and a tutorial to get
  10.      you started, are to be found in Chapter 2.

  13.                   Obtaining a copy of the Order Form
  14.                      for a Full Working Version of
  15.                          INDEXX and INDXPLUS

  18.              The Order Form for a Full Working Version of INDEXX and
  19.      INDXPLUS is contained in the file ORDRFORM.DOC.  A batch file
  20.      ORDRFORM.BAT, which will automatically print the contents of
  21.      ORDRFORM.DOC, is also on this disk.  To use the latter to print
  22.      the Order Form, (1) place this disk in Drive A, and then (2)
  23.      simply enter ORDRFORM in response to the DOS prompt.  Then just
  24.      follow the on-screen directions.
