  10.           Except as provided below, dtSearch is provided AS IS.  DT
  11.           Software, Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
  12.           IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF
  13.           MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  15.                        LIMITED REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY

  17.           DT Software, Inc. warrants the physical diskette(s) and physical
  18.           documentation provided with registered versions to be free of
  19.           defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety days
  20.           from the date of registration.  If DT Software, Inc. receives
  21.           notification within the warranty period of defects in materials
  22.           or workmanship, and such notification is determined by DT
  23.           Software, Inc. to be correct, DT Software, Inc. will replace the
  24.           defective diskette(s) or documentation.

  26.           The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  27.           Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  28.           diskette(s) or documentation and shall not include or extend to
  29.           any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including
  30.           but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software,
  31.           or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar
  32.           claims, even if DT Software, Inc. has been specifically advised
  33.           of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will DT
  34.           Software, Inc.'s liability for any damages to you or any other
  35.           person ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual
  36.           price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the
  37.           form of the claim.
