  2. This is the final beta version of JPP, a program which emulates a 
  3. Sinclair Spectrum 48k z80-based computer on any PC with at least 
  4. an 80386SX processor and VGA graphics.  To use it you also need a 
  5. file called "spectrum.rom", which isn't included for copyright 
  6. reasons.

  8. instructions on obtaining the ROM etc.
