  15. THORO4.ZIP - The Cambridge Thoroughbred Handicapper, Version
  16. 4.15. This proven handicapping program allows you to analyze
  17. Thoroughbred Races and pick likely winners quickly and easily,
  18. even if you've never handicapped before. This release includes
  19. updated formulas, speed rating and track variant calculations.
  20. Handicapping factors include half-mile and final time, lengths
  21. behind, post position, weight carried, jockey record, speed
  22. rating, track variant, class and beaten favorite. Registration
  23. entitles user to an enhanced version with even more features.
