  10. DESCRIPTION:  EGATrek simulates the captains console of a starship, and
  11. places you in command during an invasion by enemy ships.  Your task is
  12. to conquer all enemy ships in your assigned portion of the galaxy, using
  13. your ship and its weapons as efficiently as possible.
  14.  
  15. You are scored on the time you take to complete your mission (IF you
  16. complete it!), plus other bonuses such as rescues, number of enemy ships
  17. destroyed, etc.
  18.  
  19. REQUIREMENTS:  EGATrek runs in 640x350, 16 color EGA graphics, thus an
  20. EGA card or better (VGA cards support EGA graphics modes) is required.
  21.  
  22. SHAREWARE:  EGATrek is distributed as Shareware.  You are free to try
  23. the game and make copies for others.  If you continue to use the
  24. game, however, you are asked to pay the author the registration fee
  25. of $15 to support continued development of this and other software;
  26. in return you'll receive a copy of the latest version of the game.  A
  27. "deluxe" version with binder, printed manual and quick reference card
  28. is available for $22.  Disk vendors may include EGATrek in their
  29. catalog provided a copy of the catalog is supplied to the author.

  61. MAHJONGG:  Solitaire game played with Chinese tiles.  Supports EGA
  62.            and Hercules graphics; mouse optional.  See reviews in

  67. TILESETS:  Several collections of tile sets created by various
  68.            Mah Jongg fans are available.  Each collection includes
  69.            at least ten tile sets.  Requires Mah Jongg v3.3 or later.

  71. CIPHER:    A word puzzle game, yet it uses hi-res VGA or EGA graphics
  72.            to run (mouse optional).  Also will run in color text mode.
  73.            Includes over 30 puzzles to solve; registered version comes
  74.            with over 200 additional puzzles.  You can also enter your
  75.            own already encrypted puzzles.

  77. SHOOT:     "Shooting Gallery" is a colorful arcade game with several
  78.            different rounds to test your aim and reflexes, including
  79.            skeet, quick draw, carnival type shooting range and a wild 
  80.            west shootout.  Uses 320x200, 256 color mode and a mouse to
  81.            play.  Requires VGA or MCGA.  "Shooting Gallery is seven

  84. SUPERFLY:  An action game using hi-res EGA/VGA graphics.  Chase the
  85.            flies and other insects through twenty different rounds.
  86.            Includes three levels of difficulty, hall of fame, shell

  90. MOUSTOOL:  A collection of utilities for Turbo Pascal programmers
  91.            wishing to incorporate mouse input in their programs.
  92.            Sample programs included for both EGA and CGA graphics.

  94. SOUNDPAS:  A collection of utilities for Turbo Pascal programmers
  95.            to add music and sound effects to their programs.  Includes
  96.            units for interrupt and real time sounds.

  98. BASSTOUR:  (Written by Dick Olsen).  Game that simulates a fishing
  99.            tournament, including rod and lure selection.  Runs in
  100.            EGA/CGA/Hercules graphics modes.  Uses many of the
  101.            utilities from MOUSTOOL.
  102.  
  103. BASSMAP:   Companion program for BassTour which allows lakes to be
  104.            created or modified.  EGA and CGA versions provided.

  107. These programs are probably available on your favorite BBS or from
  108. your favorite disk vendors.  To register them or to order direct, use
  109. the form in the file "orderfrm.txt" which is all ready to print.  The
  110. "deluxe" version includes the registered software on diskette, plus a
  111. binder and printed manual (some programs also include quick reference
  112. cards).  The standard version includes just the diskette with the
  113. registered software.  You can also use your VISA or MasterCard to
  114. order on-line thru the support BBS, Xevious, at 508-875-3618.  Use
  115. "DOOR 15" to order.
