- Welcome to the {COMMO} host mode.

- This help screen will describe all of the available options on
- the host main menu and there exact function.
-
- Access DOS Menu:
-
- This menu selection allows you to enter a sub-menu that allows you to
- change the current drive/directory, shell to DOS, and more. This is a secured
- (password protected) menu item.

- Chat with Sysop:
-
- This command will allow you to chat with the sysop.
-
- Download a File:
-
- This command will allow you to download files that are
- found in the current directory. You are first asked for the name of the file
- to download. Once this is entered, you are presented with a menu of protocol
- options. Select the appropriate protocol and follow the necessary prompts.

- File list:
-
- This command does a directory of the current directory.
-
- Good Bye:
-
- This command logs you off.
-
- Help:
-
- This command will display this help screen.

- Time Online:
-
- This option will tell you the current date and time. It also tells you how
- long you have been on line. If a limit has been set by the sysop you will then
- see the amount of time that you have left on line.

- Shut down Host:
-
- This command takes down the host but requires a password before this
- will take place.

- Timed Shut Down:
-
- This command will also shutdown the host but will bring it back up at
- the specified time.

- Upload a File:
-
- This command will allow you to upload files to the host. Four transfer
- protocols are available. Select the one you require and follow the prompts.

- View Archive:
-
- This option will ask for a given filename and will then display the
- contents of this file as though it were an archive file. This is
- accomplished by using the RV utility.

- Expert Toggle:
-
- This command toggles between expert and novice mode. This command is
- also seen in many other submenus in this host mode.
