  6. This file is a template for creating a message for Emma to deliver to
  7. a fax machine via MCI Mail.
  8.  
  9. To use, copy the file to <something>.OUT, then edit as follows:
  10.  
  11.     o   Change the recipient name on the first line.
  12.  
  13.     o   Change the telephone number to that of the target fax machine.
  14.             If the destination is within North America then a standard
  15.             10-digit phone number should be given as in the above example.
  16.             To send faxes to other countries, include the full telephone
  17.             number as it would be dialed from the U.S.A.  Any such foreign
  18.             number should begin with "011".  For a number in Australia, for
  19.             example, you would put something like:

  21.                     Phone: 011-61-3-XXX-XXXX
  22.  
  23.         "61" is the country code for Australia.
  24.  
  25.         o   The last two lines are optional and are often best omitted.
  26.             The Retry: parameter tells MCI how often, in hours, it should try
  27.             to deliver the fax if on the first attempt the number is busy.
  28.             Tell it "Retry: 0.5", for instance, and it will retry at 30-minute
  29.             intervals.  With the Handling: line you can instruct MCI to use
  30.             stationery or a signature that you have registered with them.

  34. Remember that faxes cannot have attachments!
