  1.                                BBS Setup

  4. Before you can use the script, you must have your BBS settings the same
  5. as the script expects.
  6.  
  7. 1.  PCBoard BBSs (FishNet, Pitt, VaConnect, DataBit)
  8.  
  9.     --  you must be set to Expert Mode
  10.     --  I use JMail at Fishnet, DJMail at Pitt, MarkMail 1.57 at
  11.         VaConnect, and MarkMail 2.0 at DataBit.  Whichever boards you
  12.         decide to use the script on..be sure you're set to use ZModem on
  13.         all these doors.  Open the door manually, choose
  14.         (C)onfiguration..set your transfer protocol (and archive method
  15.         if it's a required toggle)..pick the conferences you want..

  17. 2.  WildCat! BBSs (Robert's Room, PWSA, 1st Ammendment, WildCat Den)
  18.  
  19.     --  you must be set to Regular help level
  20.     --  you must have turbo keys "ON"
  21.     --  I use TomCat on all but WildCat Den..for the TomCat doors, set
  22.         your transfer protocol and archive method.  IMPORTANT:  there's
  23.         one toggle labled "Default download option"..or something like
  24.         that...it's set to default to "+"...change this setting to "Y".
  25.         Set the conferences you want..

  27. 3. Remote Access (Connect!)

  29.    --  all you need to do is set your default transfer protocol in the
  30.        RAMail door (option W from the Mail menu).

  32. 4. Crossroads and WildCat Den
  33.  
  34.    --  you must be at Expert level on Crossroads and Regular help level
  35.        on WildCat Den.  I use Megamail on these boards, so no special
  36.        setup is required.

  38. 5.  Setup is complete.  I may have forgotten something.  Just let me
  39. know if something doesn't work quite right..the next Readme will explain
  40. how to use the script.
