  1. Welcome!  As a new user you are required to fill out a small new user
  2. questionaire, which is stored into your user record.  You must fill it out
  3. to receive access.  The only thing I would let it go by on is maybe street
  4. address, which in some cases I may give you lower access then someone who
  5. entered it.  REMEMBER: this information will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL,
  6. so no one else is going to know it.  As for rules, there are only about two
  7. to remember, overall!

  9.        1.  Don't upload files to the SysOp section, if they really
  10.            aren't for the SysOp (or Co-SysOps).
  11.        2.  Don't upload worthless files.  You will NOT receive credit
  12.            for them.  Don't waste your time or mine.
  13.  
  14. Remember, even though we like having handles here, you MUST put your real
  15. name when it asks "Real Name".
  16.
