- OPUS has two built-in message editors. The system wants you to
- let it know which one you want to use.
-
-
- LORE is the Line-Oriented Editor familiar to most BBSers.
- You type one line of a message at a time. You cannot move
- around on the screen to make changes.
-
-
- OPed is a full-screen message editor. It comes closer
- to what you use as a text editor. If you find a mistake,
- you just move the cursor to the mistake and correct it.
- Editing commands are taken from two places to make things
- easier for more users: WordStar and a ANSI/VT-100 system.
- There is on-line help in the editor, and it includes a list
- of the available commands.
-
- In the following yes/no question...
-
- Type Y to use OPed (full-screen message editor)
- Type N to use LORE (line-oriented message editor)
