- Packet Explorer (no tm, no (c), no nothin') is a doohickey to list the
- guts of a packet for developers who need to see what's going on inside
- (or for the merely curious). Use by *Cs for political purposes is
- forbidden. It gives you a brief help screen when you start it up;
- doesn't take much. To be sure you have something to play with, I put a
- small packet in the archive. Please don't import it and forward it all
- over the place. Packet Explorer should read unlimited length messages.
- It may freak over a really grunged packet (never resync)--CTRL-C/BREAK
- is not disabled.
-
- PKTHDR.EXE is for MS-DOS systems, PKTHDR2.EXE for OS/2 systems (will run
- in a window and knows long filenames). If you run something else, the
- source code is in the archive. Program is released to public domain by
- the author (me). For all the good it'll do you.
