-
- With this option, you can select or deselect the areas you wish

- read numbers (last read message numbers sometimes referred as
- last read pointers).
-
- K - Define Key Words for Mail Searching.
-
- With this option, you can select key words, phrases, or people you
- wish to read mail or join in conversations. You will always get mail
- address to you personally. But with keywords, you can include mail
- such as mail to "ALL", and "DR. DEBUG", subject areas such as
- "HELP", "OS/2", or anything else. Upto 30 Keywords can be defined.
-
- By prefixing the keyword with a negative sign (dash), keywords will
- work the opposite. Negative keywords will skip messages containing
- the keywords. This is message filtering process.

- H - Menu Hot Keys On/OFF
-
- This option allows you to select the method of using the OpXpress
- menus. Menu Hot Keys is the SINGLE LETTER input without the need to
- hit a carriage return. In addition, no correction is allowed once a
- letter is hit. When the Menu Menu Hot Keys is off, you have to hit
- the menu character following by the carriage return. In the off
- state, a empty input line <CR> will return you to the previous menu.
-
- L - Change last usage date or Change Last Read Numbers
-
- Some versions of Xpress allow you to change last read numbers by
- using a date. Others do not have this capability and thus allow
- you only to change the last read number directly.
-
- The last usage date is normally used only if you want to change
- the scan date for new messages. For new users, Silver Xpress will
- always prompt for this date when you first get on. This is
- basically an option to change it.
